I want eBay Is it? to remove my negative feedback almost 12 month ago because I spoke with eBay and the person I was talking to me said it was OK that they take care of it. It was their fault or I had a price changed automatically to eBay and the buyer was upset because she couldn’t buy the eight piece dish she said Pyrex for $30 so I refunded her money and eBay was on the phone with me helping do this so will you please look at this situation and let me know something I sure appreciate it. Please help me get this negative feedback off of my Dishes active listings on side of page of each one of them big old round red negative mark please help me.

Seems like it was your fault and the feedback was deserved.
Ebay isn't going to remove it.
Plus it's too old to be removed.

It will be gone on it's own after a year passes so you're almost there. It resets to 100%.

Give it a month or so and it'll disappear.

There is no reason for Ebay to remove that old feedback. It appears you didn't do right by that particular buyer, so they voiced their disappointment.
Also Ebay does not address feedback that is more than 60 days old.

Never believe anything eBay customer service tells you. Their focus is to tell you what you want to hear no matter is the info is incorrect or completely false and then move you on, so that they can lie to their next victim. Your comment should fall off after 12 months, so just hang in there.
Happy Selling

Your feedback percentage will return to 100% before too long, but the negative will always stay.
