Remember the Good Ol' Days (before eBay changed the Seller's Page, that is)?

When I was just a young lad of 73 years of age last week, I could open up my Seller's Page on My eBay,  and instantly see the number of items that I had sold during the month, and how much money in sales I had made during that month, and how many items I had listed for the month, and how many more items that were available for me to list that month.

But not any more.  (Sigh.)

I realize that I might just be a little old fashioned that way -- but isn't it just elementary business practices to keep track of your inventory and sales on a monthly basis?

Guess I'll just have to go back to the old pen-and-paper system that we used, pre-computer, back in the Stone Age.

Boy, this sure makes Managed Payments an even BIGGER headache now!

Remind me again -- WHO is this supposed to be helping?!?

I not only didn't list anything, I took everything down.

For the first time in over 6 years, I have no items for sale.

I was able to list, going back & forth from iPad to iPhone, but my frustration was too consuming.

When I stopped & thought....I probably didn't make $1 an hour last week.

We do this for a little $$.

The hassle is just not worth it.

Im so disappointed.

And a little surprised.

Does anyone think that eBay hears us?  At all?

I'm with all of you, and have weighed in every day this week on this disaster.  I think the question is not whether they hear us -- it must be deafening by now -- but whether they care enough to actually do something to help.  I share your frustration about the amount of time it takes to list anything now, not to mention the  4 screens you have to go through to de-list an item!  It truly isn't  worth it, and yes, I've also noticed fewer and fewer views, so the buyers must be experiencing problems as well.

Let's keep in mind that we always have choices in life!  I've taken this as a sign that it's time to move on...there are other options out there, and I've been researching them.  I think it's a good bet their traffic is going to increase massively in the weeks and months to come.

I would like the classic page back---the page that somewhat resembles it on the seller hub does not fit on y screen--I cannot see but a few of the things like --likes, views, format, listing start and end date, etc. does anyone else have that problem--I use a laptop computer??? I hate all of this-the world is stressful enough without all these changes--ebay should let us have a choice --we are paying them for their service!!!

Seller Hub Active page can be customized/width of columns/number of columns, choose what you want to view- add/delete/moved about...all adjustable...no big deal.  I am a mid-70s senior who learned to use a computer about 15 years ago, learned to use Seller Hub nearly 5 years ago ...and still use a desktop computer as well as a laptop...and as a casual/hobby seller life on eBay, well it's just no big deal to me... there is life beyond eBay...there are choices and no need for stressing over what is or what isn't when it comes to eBay..eBay is NOT my life...eBay does not run my life...

Changed your mind pretty quickly.

I used to feel I was locked into ebay, but have recently expanded to other sites, some of which have done surprising well. Ebay has so many competitors because it never listens to us...from the day I started in 1999, ebay has never listened to anyone outside the company.

Griff used to be sort of a mediator between ebay and sellers, but I don't know what happened to him.

DING DING DING!!!

It only takes a company to ignore their customers (which are the sellers) for others to creep on in and start taking shares away.

Ebay should be careful...a little nibble here & a little nibble there and soon enough there isn't much left of the elephant...

...How do you eat a whole elephant?  One bite at a time...

T-i-ii-me is on my side...yes it is...

Guess which band that is from...trivia time...😁

Re: Remember the Good Ol' Days (before eBay changed the Seller's Page, that is)?

Well, good for you "mid-70's senior," that ebay is NOT your life.

Unfortunately, for this "mid-60's senior," just about all of my income, comes from my hard, way more than 40 hour week(more like 80+ hour week) work on ebay.

Yes, you could customize the hub and eliminate unnecessary columns but you still have to waste a tremendous amount of time going from page to page to find what was ALL previously on one page with Classic View.

And this really SUCKS BIG TIME, to put it mildly for full-time sellers and not closet cleaners like yourself, who don't need the $$.

Sorry to disappoint but not a closet cleaner, or any other degrading name calling you choose to use, but am simply now arriving at the end of selling off 50 years of collecting vintage and antique items ..((back in the day, maintained power seller status for nearly 10 years))...and have indeed been around long enough to know how much this site has changed and for better or worse it's a sink or swim environment...

and it matters not what venue one sells on, sellers either adjust & adapt to the site changes or move on...complaining is a complete waste of time & effort...

This is eBay's site and eBay can /does/will change whatever it feels like at any time and sellers agree to all the rules, policies, changes, amendments, updates, additions/deletions...so like it or not, selling here is still the seller's choice.

Early Rolling Stones -- before Brian Jones (who actually had STARTED the group) was kicked out by Mick and Keith, and before Bill Wyman quit.
