Get some successful sales under your belt first.
I recommend buying some inexpensive items first so that you have a clue how eBay works. Newbie sellers are easy prey for scammers… so take it slowly. Good luck!

Time and Successful Sales. There is no 'timeline' or chart to tell you when it gets increased. You can usually ask after 25 sales and 2 months.
