Refund of final value fee

I cancelled a sale, however ebay has not refunded my final value fee, how do you even get in touch with ebay for such a thing?

Yes, we do need to know the reason for canceling............as fees may or may not be refunded depending on the reason.

eBay states, "If there was an issue with the transaction that you resolved, you may qualify for a credit of some or all of the fees you paid."  That statement begins their section on Fee Credits on the first page of that section in the eBay Help Pages, link below.   As to the timing, it may take a few days depending on the circumstances ...

Depends on how or why you cancelled . some reasons aren't eligible as quite a few have said below

Yes he paid but my listing stated no international buyers and he was in Canada and only paid the Canadian exchange rate
