Sorry just being lazy here. Is this eligible for feedback removal?
I have a buyer who left me a negative today (1/23) saying they have not received the item. They bought the item on Friday 1/17, so naturally I sent it out on Tuesday 1/21 since Monday was MLK day. This buyer lives cross country and yet ebay gave them an ETA of 1/22 - 1/28.
Gee thanks alot ebay for making the buyer think they can get 1-day delivery thru USPS Ground Advantage going coast to coast. My guess since 1/22 came and past, the buyer left me a negative. Would this negative get removed if I filed it thru the Help page right now, or would I have to wait until the tracking shows delivered?

I would personally wait. I'm not sure if there's official guidance, but I would suspect it would be easier to get it removed once the tracking shows delivered.

Wait for delivery.
In the meantime, post a reply saying something like shipped in one business day 1/21, eBay's estimated delivery is 1/28, and today is 1/23 but you'll be happy to work with the carrier if the package is delayed.

How dare you not ship it out on Saturday! Just kidding.
Yes I would wait for delivery then try and get the feedback removed.
IMHO it deserves a removal.

Too bad there isn't some sort of block that prevents buyers from leaving a feedback with a comment like this when the ETA hasn't completely expired yet or if the tracking still shows movement.
But then again, if I'm wishing for stuff on ebay, this choice would be near the bottom of the totem pole.

Wait until buyer receives item.
Anything else might happen heavens forbid.
What's done is done.
Don't bother with buyer on emails 'why' at this time as well.
Artificial intelligence if it comes into play might say a 'no' to change feedback today.
Ask for a 'revision' after item arrives.
Would I leave feedback?...Not at this time.

Wait until it shows delivered then plead your case.
Likely when they receive their item everything will be fine, they might even be willing to revise so you don't have to go through the removal tool.

Thanks. I'd much rather rely on the Help section bot/ai versus reaching out back to the buyer since the latter would require more coordination. But at least I know I have that option as a last resort.
@12345jamesstamps Stellar feedback was already left for the buyer as it's automatic after they paid.
