I called to Ebay team but they just replied that I have to wait for 3 days after the buyer received my item. Althrought I'm on Ebay since 2015 . I sold my things more than $2200 for more than 14 items.
In the past the transaction is very fast. My fund appear on my Paypal right after the buyer paid. It just happen since 2018.

Hi, sometimes the money is held if you haven’t sold anything in a long while. If you’ve been on hiatus, and then return to sell again, eBay may treat your account like a new seller’s, even tho you’ve been a member since 2015. Have you been away from selling and recently returned?

Are the funds on hold, or are they pending because the buyer used an Echeck to pay.

It's a bad experience when I sold my camera to upgrate another one during the promotion program. I have to waiting for that promotion is passed... then I got the fund to my account.

This account does not seem to have enough recent(or at all for that matter) sales to be eligible for immediate release of funds, even if they had been in the past.
Payment holds for new sellers
If you're a new seller who hasn't established a selling record yet, we might put payments from your buyers on hold. Generally, the funds will be available either:
If the buyer reports a problem with the transaction, we'll place another hold until the issue has been resolved.
You'll become an established seller after:

As others posted, they sometimes randomly reset things.
You have few sales.
Selling some more items should get you back up to the level where funds are released.
