When we have to refund a buyers, does not the fees come our off account as well. Looking at my bill it says I had $55 in credits from a return, but It doesnt appear it came off my bill. Am I just not seing it right?

Hello, is there any kind of penalty if I remove an item from auction after it's been bid on. For example, if I have 3 or 4 items at auction, one has been bid on and the others not, and a buyer says hell take all of the items. Thank you in advance.
