The last two coupon promos I saw were mostly wide open across all sellers and most items. This one is back to being limited to 200 or so high volume sellers. If buyers contact you and ask why the code isn't working on your items, at least you can tell them.

This is a great way to move buyers to the top sellers! An added perk, I would say.

I doubt it. Usually the sellers they pick have very poor feedback.
And it's not like you can find the promo in your messages - they get removed from there with lightning speed, so if you didn't save the link, you have to find it again.

Ebay cannot seem to win with some of you.
They are dam*ed i they do, dam*ned if they don't.
I love these 15%, 20% offers. Bought some nice things with good savings.
Ebay, keep them coming as they are much appreciated.
Love the ebay bucks as well. Have over $35 so far just waiting for it to open up.

I'm sure there will be a Summer promo as well.

gotta get those numbers up for wall street!
I was reading some fluff for a company that owns large apartment communities. It went on and on about rental rates, etc. You think, oh they rent for $2900 a month, so that would be $34,800 a year?
I finished their stuff all ready to invest. Then I decided to google one of the complexes. Sign a lease and get 2 months free! So they really only get a little over $2400 per unit?....... Gotta make the "numbers" look good at any cost. Investors will see how many sales..... and ignore that eBay had to spend millions to get the sales. I'd love to see how much those coupons cost them.
