Receiving an offer for an item- but item is not mine?

Receiving an offer for an item- but item is not mine? Clearly shows the seller.. Have I been hacked? or a glitch? This is a first...

That's the thing.. it is NOT a seller offer. I've received those as well. I have also received offers on my items.  this clearly sates that i have received an offer.. ( not a seller sending me an offer)

So what happens when you click the link to respond to the offer?

Did you view that listing before the offer came in?

Did the offer come through eBay messages?

You don't have to be watching an item to receive an offer from a seller, there is a whole list of criteria that allow them to be sent.  IDK off hand where the list is, but I've seen it posted here several times.
