Ebay member, buyer  wanted return bag,   which he bought from me and promised immediately send my bag back
I sent нim all refund $167.00, wich buyer paid me. But buyer requred more £36, that he paid for import tax or he will not be send my bag back!!!
Buyer's claims are not fair, it real blackmail and the opportunity to leave yourself a bag for free
Such, as Ebay member, buyer  disgrace and mistrust, to whole Ebay

Yes, never refund before you get the item back.

I said that earlier in the thread.  It's return for refund, not refund for return.
