I have been a member of ebay for over 25 years and have found that 90 percent of the buyers do not read 👀
listing descriptions. They only look at the title, one photo and the price. Mostly, all of the questions received from buyers could be answered if they just read the description.
It is very scary to see this because it makes me wonder how do these buyers function in their daily lives.

I think we just have to keep stumbling along. My words of wisdom are based on almost 92 years of experience.

A tip that I have done for some items here and there:
Write any important facts about the item you are selling on a physical note and picture that note with the item and make it one of the first few pictures. Keep that note limited to only the important information. That way, when they look at pictures of the item, and see your note, they will know anything that may be important to know about the item before they blindly click "Buy it now". Won't stop all of them, but it sure can't hurt.
I do this for broken laptops that I sell for parts. I include a note listing all the issues with the main or second picture so they have a harder time missing the info.
