why I cannot locate the 2 specific negative feedback left from the same buyer in the feddback remover site?

All the way at the bottom of this page there's a button to request feedback removal.

When you click on that, do you see the items?

That feedback does qualify for removal because buyer agrees to price+shipping before making their purchase.

Maybe the feedbacks are too new and there's a lag in the system?

Or maybe ebay thinks the feedbacks were already previously challenged to remove and failed?

I found them by clicking on the #2 in the box where your feedback is tallied.

You seem to have very, very many very satisfied customers who leave very wordy positive feedbacks.  That's good news.
