BUYER LEAVING NEGITIVE FEEDBACK FOR "RETURNED" AND "REFUSED" RETURNS TO SELLERS: This DELIVERY NEVER HAPPENED PACKAGE RETURNED "REFUSED" and "UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS" by the USPS  the buyer's FRAUDULENT company, DISHONEST scam artists - I send this SO everyone on EBAY CAN READ IT - google RUSSIAN Buyer SCAM

Forgive me if I don't understand your basic problem, but the shipping address you have shown here is that of a freight forwarder in Delaware, USA.  Freight forwarders are often used by international buyers and there are several in this country.  

Are you saying that the package you sent was refused by the freight forwarder? Are there no further details?

This one is an easy one to fix. Because the buyer used a forward shipping company. If you have documentation that you shipped it and it arrived to the address you provided you are not responsible what happens after that. Try getting on chat with ebay, or go to ebay on facebook or twitter. Make sure you let them know the buyer used a forward shipping company and that you have documentation that it was delivered to the address provided by the buyer.

That address is a freight forwarder.  It is odd that the parcel was marked "refused" and returned to you.   Scams regarding the Delaware forwarders usually involve fraudulent claims and "fake" returns resulting in sellers losing the product as well as the payment.  Yours is a rather peculiar situation. 

Was the timeline for the transaction seem appropriate for the parcel to travel to Russia and back? 

Would it be possible that the buyer left the red donut for the wrong seller?

Go to www.USPS.com    You will see that the package was refused and undeliverable and returned to us.  

The buyer below will buy your item, usually an electronic item, including vacuum tubes, and re-sell the item - and after 90-days return it, with some lame excuse, open a "claim" with eBay and usually loose the claim.  He re-sells your item and if his customer misuses, blows, or damages your item, it will come back to you.

To answer your question, this particular item, in this case, Never went to Russia - but other's have.  the pages of SCAM complaints he has.

On October 18, you created the shipping label for the package.  On October 28, the package was back in our hands. 

You have the merchandise, none the worse for wear if you packed it properly..  You have the buyer's money;  or at least, you don't indicate that you've issued a refund.

How, exactly, were your scammed?

Consider yourself lucky - you got the item back. It appears from the tracking the Freight Forwarding service went out of business.  Three Cheers!!!  The buyer may have been legitimate and not known the business went under.  It's doubtful they emailed all their clients, they likely took the money and ran.

And, by the way, a simple Google translation of that neg makes it obvious it was accidentally left for the wrong seller.  The neg is complaining about the merchandise, but you have just proved with that USPS link that the buyer never received the merchandise.

Why not just get the neg removed?

I am glad to hear that you refunded his money, since he did not receive his order.

You still haven't said how you were scammed.  You have the merchandise, in its original condition, in your original packaging.  It was out of your hands for only 10 days.   No one except the USPS ever had possession of it.

The buyer's feedback says the "Product does not meet the description," and so on.  Since the buyer you're complaining about never received the product, did you make sure that the feedback was intended for you before you left that flaming response to it?

Have you reached out at all to this buyer? 

I just do not understand the accusations you are making.

You will see that the package was refused and undeliverable and returned to us. This buyer used another totally unrelated purchase which was returned UNDELIVERABLE, to vent his displeasure on eBay's Policies, regarding an old case they lost. Case opened: May 19, 2021 and Case closed: May 19, 2021 and sent a THREATENING message to me using eBay's message system.   Yes, The feedback was intended for me and not a mistake! It was Related to an OLD case that was resolved in my favor by eBay - he's a sore looser!  He tried to return a previously sold item 90-days later, which he used and abused, and eBay refused his request, so he buys another item and leaves "REVENGE" feedback.  I forgot to block him after the first greater than 90-day return, but he's blocked now!
