Quickest bulk way to add new listing from existing listing, i.e. same listing except new size/price

Want to add new listings with new size/price and keep existing listings, same image but different size and price.  Thanks in advance.

Can you call a current listing up and 'Sell similar', making the appropriate changes to your new item?

Yes, we can do that, however with 3,000+ listings it would take a while on an individual basis. We are looking for a bulk way to take existing listings and create new listings with new size (singular) and price (singular). Thanks for all help.
