Hello everyone!
In 2021, we’ll be bringing you a lot more videos—and we want to know what you want to see! What will help you and your business the most?
Can you help us by filling out this survey?

Step by step procedures on everything......
particularly what buyers see that sellers don't.......i.e. make an offer, file a claim, checkout
What are the various types of listing forms, where do I find the "other" one......when can I use which one
Bulk edit......where is it, how do I use it, what can it do
Shipping labels, I only see 3 choices.......where are the rest: I'm in MP how do I charge paypal/pending orders for labels, what is bulk shipping: can I print only one.........what's a scan form: how do I find it, use it.......
I could go on.........but this could be the one thing (many things) that people have been asking for/new sellers needing for many years..........
I congratulate whoever thought of it/will do it.........

oops, got too excited..........just saw the poll, filled it out and then saw it's only for the facebook page.......and that's not going to help what I tried to outline............
sorry for misinterpretation..........

Howdy! I tried, but wasn't able to "follow the link"...it just took me to a moot page.
But I'd like to add:
1. video's on how to properly wrap fragile items
2. video's on how to deal with "item's not as described" returns
3. video's on how to deal with "items not received" claims
4. videos on how to politely deal with low-ball offers from buyers
I do okay on my own on these topics, but I can well imagine a lot of sellers would love to have some help in these areas!

I don't know anything about any eBay Facebook page, and I don't trust anything I hear anywhere on Facebook without checking other more reliable sources.

Videos that show how sellers can actually get their money back due to the massive amount of the videos of how buyers get free stuff on ebay.
A video of how ebay decides a case, or how ebay fights a chargeback for a seller, or what happens when you report a buyer who has been reported 5-10 times by different sellers(of course, I realize those would only be 5 second videos).
Or maybe a video showing how a buyer still exists on this site when they have over 6000 bid retractions over the past 6 months ............ and no way for a seller to block someone like that.
EDIT - sorry - should have read that this wasn't actually going to be an ebay survey on ebay about ebay .............

You were asked to click a link, not follow a link. You will be given options of types of videos you'd like to see more for you to choose:

I don't want to see any videos that don't have transcripts also like the Tuesday Podcast because the people doing the videos mumble so much you can't understand what they are saying.

I would like to see a video on using the universal address checker that we do not have.
there are address formats that are not good and pitney bowes just rejects them

A video on how to contact a eBay customer service person in under 5 minutes, Or under 1 hour, or under 1 day.

How about a video on how to reach and connect with ebay staff ON ebay rather than a competing social media site (you are aware FB has it's own marketplace aren't you?)

Hi Sheila,
How about easier video integration into listings?
It seems a lot of e-commerce is moving toward that format like Instagram and Facebook.
Best, open-adit

The eBay Facebook team is leading this effort, but I'll use the video content on Community as well. Keep on sharing your feedback on the videos.

I'll make a suggestion to the team that they add captions to the videos.
