I set up Promotions using "Rules". The Rules I set up include certain of my main store categories and their subcategories. Therefore, items that are listed in the subcategories which are included in the Rules, should be automatically included in the Promotion. They are not. I've call eBay service innumerable times and every time I am told the issue will be forwarded to eBay Technical Support. Meanwhile I have the eBay support person manually need to add the item to my Promotion. This has be ongoing for MONTHS. Obviously, eBay, to date, has not be able to fix this problem. I pay a monthly fee to have a store, but I am not receiving the full benefits (promotions that work properly) for my month fee. EBAY NEEDS TO GET ON THE BALL AND FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
