I don't see the price in fixed price Promoted Listings Set ad rate
but the price is not seen the percentage if I sell

Ebay has changed the way Promoted Listing fees are calculated.

Promoted Listing fee will be calculated on the total transaction amount (item + shipping + sales tax.)

Sales tax is taxed by the buyer's state and varies from state to state so that can't be predicted before a sale.

yes but before it was shown on the side how much was the price if you sold

They can't predict the number because they don't know how much the sales tax will be.
