Any feedback on the Promoted Advanced? I don't quite understand how it works. Pay per click? Seems like it leaves the door open for fraudulent clicks? Good results, anyone?

Just another money grab. You could end up paying hundreds of dollars with no guarantee that you will even sell anything.
