I have an Amazon seller account and I fulfill my own orders. I also list on Bonanza and they have a system in which Amazon posts my listings to their site directly from Amazon. A friend had told me that ebay and etsy both have similar systems. I just can't find any links for them.

I've never heard of eBay or Etsy having an auto-download from Amazon or anywhere else, and I sell on both as well as a few other sites. There's a bunch of third party multi-channel listing software choices out there, though.

I used to sell on Bonanza, but closed my shop several years ago. Not enough sales to justify keeping it active. As I recall, I had to find the option on Bonanza for them to link to my ebay selling account.

Have a look at SixBit, it will manage listings on eBay, Amazon & Etsy (Shopify coming later this year).
It's not cheap if you want to list to all three sites but it will manage your inventory and automatically allocate to the multiple sites.

You may be able to use
eBay File Exchange or Merchant Integration Platform

I’m hesitant to be on multiple sites. Which of the multiple sites do you see the most and/or best sales activity for you? If you could only be on one, which one of them would you choose?

I started many years ago with eBay and stayed with them except for a brief foray into Amazon when they also did auctions. After Amazon stopped doing auctions I sold primarily on eBay. I ventured back to Amazon when I saw how easy it was to list with their seller app-just talk into my smart phone and boom there was the listing.
I still miss eBay though and would like to list things with them because of the ability to sell in a short space of time and the low fees for listing and after sales.
