How To View Previous Offers History from Seller Perspective

How do I view previous offers on items for sale and who made those offers?   Also, and more importantly!

How do I prevent eBay from lowering my prices without my authorization?

Because of eBay's behavior of lowering prices after re-listing items, a buyer and I had a somewhat awkward experience.  Here's what happened . . .

Recently I had a buyer offer me a price for an item I have for sale.  I counteroffered, and then the buyer in reply counteroffered with a penny increment.  I took this as an insult to my counteroffer.   Then I realized that eBay had lowered the offering price, and in fact the buyer was offering above this price.   I was a bit rude to say the least, so I wanted to somehow apologize.  Is there a way to apologize?

Lastly, I think eBay needs to apologize to both of us.

Expert input on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

As to your previous offers question... from your seller hub under 'active listings', you can punch on the blue 'review all offers' to the left of the listing. It will show the information you need to reach back out to the person who offered.

As to eBay lowering your prices... I'm awaiting 'expert input', too. I've not experienced that.

The 'review all offers' blue option must be for the sellers with a monthly/yearly paid subscriptions.  I don't see it anywhere.  But that's okay; it's getting too far away for an apology and we must all move on.

I'll apologize here: "Sorry about that buyer".  Whoever you were ?????

As far as the unauthorized lowering of prices issue, I also think that if you don't have a paid seller subscription with eBay, then eBay basically trashes you around and wants to sell your stuff for pennies.  Might as well just give the stuff away as donation, right?

Thanks for your reply.

I think ebay does this if you are using the Quick listing form instead of the more advanced "business" form.
