Hi, after I switched bank, I can no longer sell items. Not able to verify identity. I also spoke with my bank and have uploaded the documents to prove my account and ID. Still get this message after weeks of trial... "It appears that you haven’t provided the required information to confirm your identity or financial data. Until we receive that information, your listing and communication activity have been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay community. Thanks

I had a similar experience. This is what happened to me.
Your bank registration needs to exactly match your eBay registration details.
For example, if you use just a middle initial on your bank and don't have that on the eBay registration details, they will not verify your identity.
You can change your eBay registration details to match your bank details if they are just off by a simple detail like that. Link to check your registration details. My eBay

What @golfingaddict said, and keep in mind they also have to match your license/ID that you provided. If your license has your middle name, but your bank and eBay account don't, you'll need to remedy that @benstian123 .

You are in Norway..........are you trying to register on ebay.com? If so, I believe you need a US account?

Hi, yes I live in Norway, but have been registered on ebay since 2004 with no issues until I recently switched bank...

Hi, I have not uploaded a photo ID. Do I need it as well? I also says that "Nothing uploaded yet". I did upload a bank statement weeks ago, but could something happenend when I stored it? Should I still be able to see it under "Upload a file"?
I have tried with ebay chat, but not possible to come any further... Would love to chat/communicate with a real person... Then the person could see my uploads and explain me in a way I might understand what I am missing:)
