Problem with sold item

1. buyer with 100% around 250 buy from me

2. i made nice package pay shipping and ship and provide him tracking information 6 days ago

3. its shipped from europe to usa so i cant back package

4. today i got message that case is open on paypal not ebay but yes on paypal

reason: We are writing to let you know one of your buyers opened a case for this transaction. The buyer stated that they did not authorize this purchase.

5. i send message to him and contact ebay on chat they told me if i have proof of shipping i'm safe but i dont think so

6. i send inside paypal case proof ofg shipping

7.  i send message on ebay to buyer why you open case after i provide you tracking info and ship it , i got answer "i dont understand what you ask" i send him case information from paypal hour ago no answer

 

 

any suggestions or ideas to help me

I think the proper procedure is to reply to the case on PayPal and provide the tracking number.  It should be in the "resolution center" on the PayPal site.  I don't know if the policy has changed, but for "unauthorized use" claims, the proof of shipment never had to  show "delivery",  and can be a physical receipt from the post office as well online viewable tracking. 

This is usually a "chargeback" situation for which seller protection is supplied.  Count your lucky stars it came via PayPal.  Apparently when these "don't recognize the charge" payment disputes come through Managed Payments, you must show proof of DELIVERY.   For items still in transit, that may be hard to do.

I would not put much stock in what eBay tells you about a PayPal case.

My suggestion would be to contact PayPal about a PayPal case.

lol i provide proof but he buy from europe to usa it can be delivered in 6 days also on ebay message he answer that he dont understand what i ask i explain in next two messages to him he dont answer , i send proof post paper with tracking inside paypal case already , but he try to cheat me as i'm out of usa so he can think he well get item and money easyer

@lucky i send proof inside paypal case , but i ask him on ebay to and he is acting fool on messages on ebay , i mean paypal and ebay must have protection for seller buyer in this case cant be right as non answering on ebay message he shows he is guilty
