I am experiencing a problem with my shipping business policies. I have a listing that had shipping cost overrides implemented.
- I tried to change it to free shipping but when I save the changes they are not reflected on the listing.
- I tried using the edit function and the "remove overrides" button and that also did not reflect in the live listing.
- I ended the listing and used "sell similar" but that did not save my shipping changes either.
I don't want to start from scratch and waste another listing on this item. Is anybody else seeing this kind of issue and have you figured out a way around it that does not involve starting from scratch?
