Does anyone know how I can contact a person from Ebay? I am having difficulty with a buyer and now he is claiming false accusations of me....

The buyer says packaging could have been better for the cost of the shipping..Ebay is not going to remove that, hes entitled to his opinion on the packaging.

Re feedback: Too late to get it removed but you can respond to it with "Shipping cost was shown in the listing and known prior to buyer's purchase."
Re buyer complaint: You have the funds having had the case closed so you don't have a loss on the dollhouse. You're whole.

To be clear on this, had he sent the item back in time, you would have been required to issue the refund. Ebay doesn't care that you can't return it to the store you bought from.
When a buyer files "not as described," whether honest or lying, the seller MUST issue the refund.

Don't sweat the neutral. Learn from it.

Just a heads up, usually, when you have been in a current transaction with a buyer, blocking will do no good, because eBay figures he still may need to communicate with the seller.
You can, however, just ignore any further messages.
Also, a buyer has recourse to Paypal for 180 days if that's how he paid.
Further, he can do a chargeback on his credit card.
