It isn't easy to help when we don't have all the information. How about returning here and giving all the details of the problem?

How is the buyer making accusations..in feedback? In messages?

You'll probably get great help here on what actions to take if you're interested in laying out the problem. Don't share personal details, but tell us generally what happened, step by step beginning with whether or not the buyer made a purchase, whether it was shipped, any returns/claims filed, etc.
By the way, you could have gotten that neutral FB removed because of this part: but could improve in shipping for the cost
eBay removes FB complaining about price because buyers agree to that price at the time of purchase. Not sure if it's too late now I think you only get 30 days to request removal.

There are a number of ways to contact eBay but the call in customer support is pretty much useless these days they will tell you WHAT you want to hear just to get you off the phone regardless of whether the information is accurate. The Facebook connection is probably the best contact method. These people seem to be pretty astute and have some authority to actually take action on an issue.
This forum is also a valuable resource if as wastingtime101 noted you want to provide some more detailed information about the issue.

Contact eBay for Business via Facebook. That's your best bet.

What are they accusing you of?

He returned a toy dollhouse late to me (he changed his mind) and it was severely damaged and obviously opened in unsaleable and unreturnable condition and he expects his money back in full. eBay closed the case in my favor (seller) that he did not meet the timeframe to return. Not only that but it was damaged BY HIM. He claims I damaged it myself and told Ebay that. False! He is just upset that I did not return his money. He has threatened with a law suit.

I did end up figuring out how to chat with EBay. They were very helpful and I informed them of the buyer harassing me. Thanks!

The buyer is completely in the wrong. He wanted to return a Gabby’s Dollhouse and started the return process. He failed to me the timeframe EBay set to return it so EBay closed the case in my favor. No refund. Then the package showed up and it was clearly opened, ripped, and severely damaged. He still wanted his full refund and has threatened a law suit against me if I do not give it to him. I kept referring him to deal with EBay and that the case was closed due to him not returning it in time. He accuses me of damaging it myself now. Why I would do that I do not know…, I am now stuck with an item that is not returnable to the store because he opened it and damaged it pretty badly. He is accusing me of deceit and thinks he deserves a full refund still. I blocked him.

being deceitful and keeping his return out of spite. eBay case was closed in my favor (seller). No refund was issued. He did not meet the timeframe. Additionally, not part of the case, but he opened the package and damaged the box completely. Cannot do anything with it now. Not returnable or resealable. He even admits he sent it back too late. However, since he lost the case, he is trying to accuse me of damaging the package myself. Threatened to sue me for the refund when EBay decided in my favor. eBay assured me he will not get a refund but he still wants to take this further. I have pics of the box and I did not damage it. Why would I? He is out of line and even if he made the deadline, I would not have issued the refund because he damaged the box and opened it and I could not get the money back that I paid for it. He is completely in the wrong and I had to block him from sending me threatening messages.

How do I get feedback removed? Even neutral? I have been 100% positive and never had to do that.

Is this the sale from December? Ebay is not going to remove that feedback, he says the box arrived damaged, you have no way to disprove that. If Ebay ruled in your favor, you have been made whole for that sale, so doesnt matter if it was returned to you damaged.Just toss it and block that buyer.

I looked on my profile and I have had since joining EBay 27 positive and 1 neutral (complaining about shipping cost that was already set when he/she purchased it). This was the past 12 months. How can I get this removed or is it too late?
