Has anyone been invited to the Pro Seller Program? What did you think of it? It’s free and looks like I will get dedicated help. However, I don’t remember the last time I contacted eBay for help.
To recognize your outstanding performance as an eBay seller in the Trading Cards category, we’re inviting you to the exclusive ProSeller Program—our premium support program designed to help sellers like you take their business further.

My apologies on the late response. I don't have notifications set up. Yes, 1st session was an overview of my store - categories, banner, storefront, newsletter options etc. Helpful to get a second set of eyes to see what I'm doing well and could be doing better. I think the meatier topics will come up in the next couple of meetings regarding how to optimize listings for search

I would suspect that it will basically be to educate you on the vital importance of promoting all of your listings at the recommended amount

Valuable free help ?
Apparently you have confidence in the dedicated eBay employee with whom you communicated, can you rule out this ebay program will mainly focus on increasing ad revenue ?
There is a difference between not just tied and mainly tied , to increasing ad revenue
It would be nice to believe that eBay has your best interests at heart

I just got invited too on one of my accounts. I haven't clicked to sign up for it. Is there an expiration to the invitation? Wondering if I can wait until I'm mentally ready to start the 10 week clock with this.
@rootedinretro How has it been so far? I assume you had more interactions since your initial one. I already have concierge service on that account, and I admit I haven't been calling ebay that much lately for things. I used to call them about once a month. I already know tons of things I should be doing, I just haven't gotten around to them.

I'd say it has been good. There were some tips I received or confirmation on some hypothesis I've had. Overall, I'd say it's accountability. My rep isn't pushy and is super nice but if I have someone make suggestions and I say I'll try it, I always make sure to follow through. I have one more session and I've asked for their direct input/suggestions if they feel like I'm drastically off in an aspect of my business like pricing, shipping, etc. I'm interested to see what they say. To this point, each meeting had an overall topic to discuss vs. tackling potential pitfalls of my approach. I told them to not hold back. Finally, I haven't asked for any special requests until our last session. I'm waiting to hear back but it's nice to know a human is checking in on my inquiries. I asked for them to check in on my approval for the pre-loved clothing program, an unjustified VERO and a toy listing I wasn't sure would get flagged because a previous version had a recall (this one does not).
