Has anyone been invited to the Pro Seller Program? What did you think of it? It’s free and looks like I will get dedicated help. However, I don’t remember the last time I contacted eBay for help.
To recognize your outstanding performance as an eBay seller in the Trading Cards category, we’re inviting you to the exclusive ProSeller Program—our premium support program designed to help sellers like you take their business further.

I've never even heard of it, and can't find anything specific in a search online. Does it give you any more details in the message you received? Did it come to you via eBay Messages or just in your email?

Both messages and email.
I don't consider myself a big seller.

Good, glad it's not a scam attempt.
You're not a megaseller, but with 85K items sold and 6,300+ current listings, I suspect many would consider you a big seller. Don't sell yourself short, I suspect you're exactly what eBay is looking for with a new program like this (they might not even offer it to the really huge sellers, who kinda don't need or maybe even want anything that might change their workflow).

I did notice you average about 27 sales per day. Impressive.

Not sure whether you'll find anybody here @theteamsetguy , but I have seen people bring it up on various social media platforms where a lot of trading card sellers network. If you have social accounts you may want to pursue that avenue.

I just got the invite yesterday as well. They're reaching out to people at the start this quarter. I'm going to give it a shot and see what they have to offer. Phone number was labeled ebay and google invite I received was from an ebay address. Definitely legit. I did straight up ask if it's just tied to increasing ad revenue from my store and they said no. There's a multiple facets they review to try to help your business.

I got something in my email last week and a legit CS phone call the other day.
They seem to be trying a week long "Luxury" coupon marketing event the last week of July.
Included categories: Fine jewelry, vintage & antique, men's jewelry, engagement/wedding, wristwatches
clothing, shoes & accessories.
My reply email has this: "Your invite only RW30 Luxury Fashion SFC Coupon contract"
I resell mostly estate, pre-owned jewelry and home goods from vintage to now.
Was having trouble looking on site and in forums to see if true or scam. Hadn't heard of eBay requiring a contract before.
Thinking it might be to keep records of how this coupon promo works compared to their other random jewelry discount offerings. Or could be for tax.

Did you sign up? Have you found it to be helpful?
I decided to and booked an introduction zoom call with the dedicated account representative assigned to me.

This might be why you are invited, I doubt eBay will be offering this to the sellers who are constantly calling eBay to complain about the usual stuff (unfair feedback, lack of sales, payment holds and all the other things that one can easily find the answers to on the Help pages).
At one time anyone with an Anchor Store got concierge service automatically. that may have changed and they are now more selective about who gets that service.

I think there's some validity to that. We have Concierge service still with a Basic Store subscription, but I don't think it's strictly tied to subscription levels at all anymore. I use it sparingly, though, and never for simple questions (mostly just when I want to get something on record).

I know my old boss paid for anchor precisely to get the concierge service.

we had a couple really good years around covid and started getting monthly calls from a ebay rep, it was flattering but not really helpful. As soon as our sales went back down to normal no more calls or messages.
