Printing shipping label with receipt

So when I go to print my shipping label it only prints that label and doesn't include a receipt with the details on the other half of the sheet.  Can someone please tell me how I can change the preference to include this receipt when I print my postage!  I appreciate your help!

I am not certain on e-Bay you can.

I have to print my Packing Slip and Order Receipt separately from my shipping labels.

I am not aware of a way to configure it differently.  I did not find anything under settings......

Hmm....I'm looking and not seeing where you can change the preference. When I print I get both the label and the receipts. I'll keep looking. There was a way to turn them on and off. Just can't remember where since ebay moved things around.

On the right hand side of the label purchase page, beneath the buyer's address, click on the show more v link to reveal the change link.

Click on change & then check off the box [   ] Add receipt and instructions.

Then Save.

 I made that change and now it wants to print an entire 8.5 by 11 page, instead of half sheets.  HELP!

Thank you!!  That changed it  back  to what I was use too , and best for my records.

Are you shipping something internationally? The only time it has done this to me, when I was shipping internationally. Otherwise, I don't think there are any settings to be changed or any preferences to be picked.
