eBay new listing tool frequently reloading issue

I was trying to list an item. went to the listing tool and I was no longer able to access the old version... instead, "the new listing tool". When I was doing my list suddenly it was refreshed...and then again... my work is not saving. i tried clearing my cookies and all even shifted to Microsoft edge from google chrome. Helpless now. Please if anyone has a solution please share it...

Once you start to use the new listing tool, there is not going back to the old one. From what I'm understanding, it's not laptop friendly and very time consuming.  Lots of other problems too.  People can't print shipping labels and they are unable to save their work as well.  Wish I could be of more assistance to you but it's what Ebay wants now.  Not their best decision that's for sure.

thank you very much for your reply. yesterday I chat with eBay they say they are going to fix it and keep trying after 2 or 3 days. let's see meanwhile if you have any solutions please do tell me.

OMG!  This has been driving me nuts for what seems like months now.  I'm glad to finally see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.  I've also tried clearing the cache, restarting my computer, uninstalling ad blocker, installing different browsers (chrome, edge, firefox), but nothing works.  Seems like every time I try to upload or edit more than 2 photos at a time it causes the page to reload.  I have waisted so much time because of this bug!

@vintage_80s_toys    Its not you for sure. thousands of complaints here about the new listing tool have been posted.   It odd how different glitches seem to rotate around to different sellers at times. I too have noticed that yesterday, my pics would load- then disappear.  A friend called me and said that none of his photo edits would work unless he did them 2x.

Just another ebay design blunder that causes financial loss for sellers.  Somehow they will raise fees though o cover the loss of sales for them....
