Printing labels - Help!

Hello, can anyone tell me how to print only the labe section for a standard ebay shipping label (so technically 1/2 the page) leaving the instructions out? I've upgraded to sticky labels and they are awesome but I'm wasting paper and ink. I've found videos telling how to do it but apparently they are for different printers.

I have  a Brother MFC-J895DW. Is it even possible with this printer? (Surely it is...)

When you are on the label printing page, scroll down and on the right side it will say "print format"  Click "change" . On the box that pops up, uncheck the box that says print receipt and instructions.
