Print invoice option is gone

What the heck. It was there yesterday. I need the invoices for my business records. Ebay, what's going on?

Yep, noticed the same thing today.

The "invoice" for your records gave you everything you needed, including buyer email and phone.  Now, you have to hunt for the same details, but appears the buyer's email is not part of what you have access to.

If you select Order Details, it is all there minus the buyer's real email.  When I printed that it was a mess.

Me too. Is this another "improvement"? Is eBay now in control of sending the invoice? I like to do my own, especially if there is shipping to be combined or adjusted.

It's on the upper right corner of the page where you purchase the shipping label.

Mine says "print packing slip", which is very different from the "invoice" I could print yesterday?

On my first sale of the day, I could not send an invoice. On my second sale, I could! The mysteries of eBay!

This morning after purchasing postage the feature "Print Invoice For Your Own Records" was available.  This evening after purchasing postage the "Print Invoice For Your Own Records" is gone and replaced with "Select Documents to print, Packing Slip and/or Order Slip".

The Packing Slip says in the upper right hand side "not for customer".

The "Print Invoice For Your Own Records" did not include Sales Tax and that is ok because I do not collect Sales Tax.  

The "Select Documents to print, Packing Slip and/or Order Slip" does include Sales Tax that I do not collect. The Sales Tax is not credited to any State on my behalf, so why does it need to be on my Order Slip?

I completed the survey for whatever that matters.

Yes and I always printed Invoice instead of Packing slip to include because the Invoice had my store name on it and since I have two stores I need that to know where to pull the items from. It also had the buyers name on it in two places where I could cut off one to use as  the address label when I wasn't making a tracking label.  So annoying.

I also noticed that the Tracking Number for Shipping is not included on this new layout.  

It's funny, there is a "Print Documents Experience" Survey that ask if you include other items in your package and if yes, what are those items?

I do not see what relevance this has to do with the "Print Documents Experience".  Sounds somewhat evasive.

Come on eBay, the old way worked fine.  Why did you need to break what wasn't broken before?  If you have too many coders needing work to do, fire them and lower our fees.  Stop breaking things that weren't broken.  This new setup is absolutely horrible.  Whoever reviewed it and decided it was 'ready for use' needs to be looking for a new job.

I need the option to print an invoice back and now!!!!!!!! I use it every day. Please ebay listen to your sellers for a change, gosh darn it, if it wasn't for us sellers putting items on ebay, there wouldn't be anything for buyers to buy.  Can't you see that?

Can't you please start supporting the sellers a little bit? 

I believe in ebay and support you 100%. I enjoy my job and love selling on ebay.... but I am beginning to doubt the company. You don't listen to the sellers enough.....seems like ebay backs the buyers way more than standing up for the sellers....

Please listen to us for a change and bring back the invoice choice. If you want to offer a packing slip, that's fine but bring back the invoice option the exact same as it was.....PLEASE????

Edit: The did change the Packing Slip form again today (Apr 1st) and included the store name. So that's one help anyway.
