Price Guide For Trading Cards Disabled?

Has the Price Guide for trading cards been disabled or removed from the app?

I noticed today in the Android app it is no longer showing the price guide banner at the top of searches for trading cards like it used to and I don't see any other way to access it.

tyler@ebay  @mobile_feedback marlin@collectibles  - any idea if this is a glitch, planned change, or temporary take down like the image search feature?

Though my app was up to date, I found that by uninstalling and reinstalling it, the feature came back! Hope this is helpful to anyone else who may experience the issue.

It appears I am having issue getting the price guide to show up on iPhone app.  Started about a week or so ago, just doesn't appear in searches anymore.  App is fully up to date and also tried uninstalling/reinstalling, nada.  Even the broadest searches don't bring up the guide banner.  Think it might be broke.

I'm not having any current problems with the Android app, but it sounds like there may be an issue with the iOS app.

I am using a PC computer and I can not get the original banner to work properly to get the card I am looking for it just goes to a page that shows there are numerous entries but they are all blocked in a grey cover... however, if I go to the link to the right for the type of  card it is, then in the search to the right column the brand and year... the options are revealed. from there i click on the trading card set; eg. Pro Set 1991; and it will take me to all the card and from there i can find the card number and finally get the card information I am looking for..... being that I am Canadian, I have to make sure it is in CAD in the top right corner of the website to get the Canadian values of the card..... seems like a lot of work per card. but that is the only way I can get it to work right now.

I logged out hoping it would help.  Now I can't log back in. Prior to that when I did a search all I got was O items found both on individual cards and on the checklist.  There database has been wonking for awhile now and I think they may be closing down or tryin to implement changes unsuccessfully.  It looked to me like they switched to Amazons sytem ATS or something like that.  Also did you know there people are located in Endgland, Thailand, VietNam and other non USA countries.  I see this infor on there LinkedIn page.  Does anyone have an alternate?  it would be nice if we could just sned an excel file to another vendor but I have not found one to accept my catabase that way.

You are in eBay.com (USA) which could be why you are not seeing prices in CAD. 
Log out and go to eBay.ca  see if that works better.

One more bit of unnecessary info.  When I try to log in their ad's still pop up as well as their security question.  Curious!

Here are some things to keep in mind if you experience any problems using the Price Guide:

• The Price Guide currently only covers trading cards, so if you search for another category you’ll see Unsupported Category as a result
• If your search query isn’t returning any results, you may need to broaden your search terms or we may not yet have price guidance on that particular trading card
• The graph may display Insufficient Data if the date range selected is too small for the particular trading card. Try expanding your date range

Mine has been down also, using the latest version of browser and update of the IOS application. Have you heard anything since 3/17?
