We all are facing a pandemic situation. What are the precautionary actions we should take as a seller?

Nothing, it’s over. Go live you life. It was all a gimmick.

Calm down. The person who posted this original thread had no intention of getting a real answer like all of the Sri Lankan posters.
Just stop.

Without stopping is there any other way?

Listen; whoever, whatever you are hearing or reading- posting on the USA Ebay Community Forum does NOTHING for you or your reputation as a seller on Ebay. Whoever started that rumor in Sri Lanka has been LYING to all of you.
Oh, and by the way, I'm going to have to have you...go ahead, and work this coming Saturday. And Sunday. We're getting behind on our TPS Reports.

People die of all sorts of things yes that is sad.
My wife’s family owns a funeral home. In the beginning people were panicked because the media told us we should be. The funeral directors association sent an email letting everyone know no matter what the cause of death was if they tested positive for COVID that had to be on the death certificate. Sure they had deaths, but no more than usual. And it was nursing home people. Again it’s sad but you don’t go to a nursing home to get better.
I watch the numbers get skewed, nothing was true. This pandemic was no more than anything that we have seen before.
That is my point. I’m very sorry for your loss. No matter how it happened. No 12 year old should die before mom and dad.

Oh wow, can you post a screenshot of the email (leaving out personal info, obviously)?

That sort of thing was / is not uncommon. I loved this one from Colorado, where people who died of gunshot wounds went into the Covid-19 death count because within 30 days of being shot to death they had tested positive for Covid-19:
Lots of people -- on both sides, mind you, on both sides -- with agendas, making it extraordinarly difficult to find reliable statistics from the beginning right through to right now.

So, I'm not allowed to be upset that someone called the pandemic a "gimmick"?

I'm very sorry for your loss.. I mean that sincerely..
Everybody knows there is a virus- that part is true..
The part that isn't accurate is the death count from it.
It's a novel virus, new, so it killed a LOT of people because it was new but a lot of deaths were attributed to it, that were not due to the virus itself.
None of that is important to somebody like yourself, that lost loved ones..
You are allowed to be upset- but honestly this venue isn't the place for ANY covid discussion/debate.
There are strong feelings on both sides and this venue is for selling discussion.
AGAIN: I am sincerely sorry for your loss! I pray you have healing in your heart from your grief..

I had to open this thread to check the date, I thought it might be from last year.
