Seller Hub Page and managed payments

I loved the old all selling page everything I needed was on that page now I have to try to navigate around seller hub page most info I don't need or want on hub page. As far as managed payments ir was much better when everything went thru pay pal now...

did ebay just accept a best offer for me automatically?

i just declined an offer from a buyer and then within a hour ebay says i accepted the same buyers slightly higher offer. is this correct or am i on drugs. it wouldn supprise me if this was another one of ebays slaps in the face of sellers.
