Revise your postcard listings that may have had a free gallery image upgrade to remove the upgrade or you will pay $1.00 for EACH listing that renews, as I discovered this morning.  Don't wait, do it now.  eBay won't refund those charges.

Ebay has advised us NOT to revise items for at least a wk, pending a second round of THEIR revisions.......

I have a same problem.  Ebay takes Gallery Plus Fee 1$ and russian 20% VAT - total 1.2$ for each postcard! Despite the fact that this fees always been free in Collectibles categories. And this is spelled out in Ebay rules.  I hope this is a glitch and the money will be returned.

THIS IS A GLITCH! I just got off the phone with an eBay representative and they are having to manually refund these fees. What a nightmare. She says that IT knows about the bug - whether they have fixed it or not is unknown but these fees should all be refunded if they are alerted to them. I don't think anyone is going to edit thousands of listings and none of us are going to pay the fees for this latest colossal eBay screw-up. Another instance of trying to fix something that was not broken (postcard categories and sub-categories worked well) and breaking it into a million pieces by people with no clue about what they are doing. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

Hey @paulhua3! This was determined to be a technical issue impacting a small number of listings, and has now been fixed. We will be crediting impacted Sellers as quickly as possible - no calls to Customer Service are needed, as this will be done automatically.
