Buyer isn't happy with the cost of shipping. I gave him the dimensions and weight of the box with my zipcode and said 'See if you can find a better rate'. He just replied and said I should send a 15 pound large box media mail. --- Straight to Blocked Bidders List.
What have you got today?

Can you sell me the "which we may call them" only of this brand from your lot? I will pay you $12 for them. Huh? It costs more than that to ship them.
Can I buy your 30 pounds of CDs for $1.00?

Did the items s/he bought qualify for Media Mail?

Looks like they sell computer equipment - at least on this acct.
No stupid story from me - I haven't had any buyers..

An order with 11 items was shown to be delivered based on tracking. Buyer says she didn't get package and she's afraid to go to the post office because they might stop delivering her mail and she'll miss her tax refund. So she opened 11 different cases. Now I'm a really nice guy, but I'm not stupid.
BTW, how can I deal with this stupidity without taking a huge hit?

Respond to each and every one with the tracking info from the PO. The label will show the weight of more than one item.

Not recently but I sold a buyer a rhinestone necklace. She opened a dispute because she took it to a pawn shop and they said (wait for it) that it was FAKE. Uh yeah as are ALL rhinestones...

I almost wish I had left it up but I had a neg removed years back that the buyer left because I sold them a BLACK dress - exactly as stated in the listing - and they wanted it in RED. I repeated that I only had the black one. She repeated that the company MAKES a red one and I should get one for her and exchange the black one for the red...

I don't know if this qualifies as stupid but, here goes. I got a message from someone asking if I would sell a pair of earrings I have listed at $18.75 for $15.99 even. I'm assuming they must mean including the shipping?

One of my earliest buyers (in Alaska) SWORE that I sent a brown recluse spider in the package so wanted a full refund without returning...because she had to throw the suit away and couldn't wear it.

Ah yes, the buyers who believe those postal commercials that indicate we can ship a PONY from NYC to LA for only $3 if we use flat rate shipping...

This wasn't a buyer it was Ebay customer service: I sold an antique clock (signature confirmation and all that) but it hadn't arrived in 2 days as the PO's 2-3 day delivery indicated it would. Customer service told me to "just ship them out another one" - yeah, how many 110 year old clocks do they think I have laying around the house? Turned up on day 4 and the buyer closed the dispute happy as a clam. But you gotta wonder about CS.
