One buyer early on wanted an absolute guarantee that the used cell phone (and charger) had no scratches or damage and was in the original box with the books and everything. I told him AT LEAST a dozen times that NO it is just the phone and the charger, nothing else. Thank God someone else bought it first. Sigh. I got out of electronics after that.
Oh and one of the last DVDs I sold was Borat - which came from the factory in a **bleep** home made looking box and the disk itself looked like handwriting with a sharpie (though it did say the studio in tiny writing on the inner circle). The buyer ranted that it was bootleg...until he saw one in a store that was identical to what he received.
And even now, too many buyers equate putting things in their cart to buying "Where's the jeans I bought? Its been over a week!" I don't ship until you PAY so go in the cart and apply a payment, then I'll ship them out.
