Why is my ratings dropping? I have no negative feedback in almost a year ,11 months exactly. No defects or returns at all in at least 6 months.

The percentage is calculated on a twelve-month period. Since old positive feedback is always falling off the back end, that, too, can affect your percentage. (So, for example, we'll say positive feedback you earned in May of 2018 has fallen out of the calculation.) Here's how your percentage is calculated:
The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).
Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table on the left.
Positives/( Positives + negatives )
This member's 12 month Feedback ratings
Positives: 106 Negatives: 2
This member's positive Feedback percentage:
106/( 106 + 2 ) = 98.1%

Your good FB is rolling off the back end of your 12 month FB so your score is lowering because your sales have decreased. Your score would have improved if your sales had increased.
You've only received 1 FB in the last 30 days and HAD received 30 in the last 6 months. At your current rate of sales feedback, you can expect that number to drop lower and lower until those negatives drop off the back end. Increase your sales and see your number rise.
