I have received 4 positive feed backs in the last week but my percentage is not going up??

FB counts back 12 mos for the percentage. If your percent is not changing, and we can see the new FB are not from the same buyer, that means you have about as many pos FB aging off (passing that 12 mo old line) than new FB coming in.

89 pos FB in last 12 months - 4 age off and 4 new ones added cancel each other out.

I notice it takes at least a day, if not more, for #'s to change............so there is a delay.
