I put the wrong weight and wish to change it an can't. Why in the world would that be a problem!! I have no watchers and no bids.

Cancel the listing and fix the issue.
Then you can relist it.

Use the drop-down menu to the left of the listing to 'End listing'. Correct it and go live again. Easy peasy... good luck.

If you have no bids, offers from potential buyer that you have not responded to yet, or that you have not sent offers out to potential buyers that are still live, you should be able to go in and revise at any time.

What @sextons-sweet-deals says is correct.
But if your time remaining is under 24 hours, that also may prevent you from changes on some listings. As others have stated, it may be simpler to end the listing, fix the error and re-list.

Revisions are barred within a certain amount of time before the auction ends. Best to end it and repost.

The time limit is 12 hours. This Help page has handy charts which specifically show the limits and options.

If an auction has more than 12 hours left, has no active offers or counteroffers, and has not received any bids (canceled and retracted bids count), then you should be able to revise almost any aspect of it.
The only other limitation I can think of happens when a seller has nearly reached their listing limits for the month; sometimes a revision is not allowed, as if the revised listing would have been a new listing.

Well, I knew it had a time limit. lol
That said, if its that close to ending anyway, end and relist.
