I Need Help Plaese. I gave my email,eBay Payoneer to a friend who found it on my facebook account. oh,new the password email phone Number has all been changed. i into my eBay account, I can't log into anything else. How do I recovery my account?

Why would you give your email for eBay and payoneer to a friend? You need to talk to your friend who apparently isn't your friend. What does facebook have to do with it?

He Said that he can increase my Selling. After I Had given the Password for both email and Ebay Payoneer, He Changed it and I got it again for my eBay account. But he changed the Payoneer Password phone Number

The first thing you need to do is recognize that you gave it to a scammer, not to a friend ... and then you need to close, disable, or disconnect any bank accounts or credit cards that the Payoneer account has access to.

Sounds like you need to be talking to Payoneer, since your eBay account isn't the issue anymore.

He is not your friend. Never give your password for anything to anyone. Only your immediate family in exceptional cases.

We don't use Payoneer in the US. Do you have a board to post on to find those sellers? They might have experience.

The scammer didn't take your Payoneer account you admitted to willingly give it to him. 
You need to find the phone number to call Payoneer to straighten out the situation.

Also do as another responder suggested...you need to close your bank account and any credit cards attached to the Payoneer account.

Why come here to post such a thing when they need to be contacting local authorities and all website services. They seem to have all the information.

The OP fell for a Facebook scam.

We get plenty of US falling for scams coming on here to get help instead of going to the authorities and no one thinks they need to be reported to eBay.

Don't email, CALL them.  This is a serious safety reason.  They have to have a way to contact them for emergencies like this and this is an emergency.

You have no time to waste, this is an emergency and you should see the urgency in this before your "friend" does some serious financial damage to you.
