Please Help Me Navigate A Troubling Cover Up

We caught a Team leader at eBay Merchant Support engaged in conspiracy and a total cover-up ofmistakes that manifested in to lies. This manager will not correspond avoiding subject as if it never happened. I've been trying to plead to another level of management "this is it you can't go any higher than me". I don't want to lose my store trying to take this to another level we fly straight look at my account we always try to do what's right, take a look. 

 

Do I need to let it go or push forward and expose the virus?

You're talking about a team leader? team leaders come and go, the next management level is a supervisor in the Canary Islands, there's nothing to expose.

I wouldn't call what Ina does as revealing conspiracies. Her work that I have seen is revealing, insightful, and educationally very true situations. She's a great help to the ecommerce community.

Update: 

For starters I want to thank you all. This board did help and was powerful enough to reach the higher levels of management which prompted conference calls about this Crooked Team Leader/Manager. This is amazing, some time passes and sure enough this same crooked Team Leader/Manager is back at it again giving me unethical ultimatums on yet another subject. I'm being suppressed again by this crooked low level management. 

 

Whatever you folks did, please I need your help again? I need your help

What ever you did the first time seemed to have worked, at least for a while.

I'm not sure anyone here did anything but advise you to try other outlets like Facebook to contect with someone different who may be able to direct you on where to go next or who to talk to. Hopefully - you'll get this straighteed out too.

You told us that "a team leader" was involved in "a conspiracy" and "a total cover-up of mistakes" that manifested into "lies".

 

Unless you tell us exactly what the conspiracy was, exactly what the cover-up was, and exactly what the lies were, how in the world can we possible give you any meaningful advice?

Who, exactly? If you don't name the person, there is no way for us to keep a sharp eye on him.
