Please Help Me Navigate A Troubling Cover Up

We caught a Team leader at eBay Merchant Support engaged in conspiracy and a total cover-up ofmistakes that manifested in to lies. This manager will not correspond avoiding subject as if it never happened. I've been trying to plead to another level of management "this is it you can't go any higher than me". I don't want to lose my store trying to take this to another level we fly straight look at my account we always try to do what's right, take a look. 

Do I need to let it go or push forward and expose the virus?

You can't use that ribbon for your logo. That is a copyright infringement. eBay will "hugely" frown upon that.

Regarding this conspiracy - does it have anything to do with fraudulent orders being placed on accounts that have not been active in a long time?

Fair enough. I can say that this board was strong enough to make it to the offender- (The Crooked Team Leader) Why would ebay send the fox to clean the henhouse?  Never mind that I really only have one question: How do I take this past merchant support? Thanks again

@fairdeal*lb  please forgive the snark. That's usually the atmousphere here. But this vague post does seem like tin-hat paranoia. If you could give some details about the problem someone will have some insight. What is the cover up? What is the virus?

Calling CS can easily lead to a dead end. But there can be some great real-world advice from actual ebay users here in the threads. So... what happened?
