Is there some advantage in Cassini to utilize all 12 photos in a listing? I just ran across a listing that took one stock photo of an item, and showed it 12 times, the same photo.
The only reason I could think of for doing that is the belief that using more photos bumps you up in the search. Opinions?

Yes, Cassini is a data point driven algorithm, and even though the algorithm recipe changes a lot to prevent gaming of search, it still keeps best practices as key metrics used in the math. The algorithm factors in both Quantity, Quality and Pixel size of the photos.
