Photo Glitch?

I have a Hawaiian Airlines model listed with pictures.

A potential customer just sent me a message asking if i have any picures, which is what brought this to my attention. 

The picture shows when you do a search for the item.  It also shows on my ebay selling list.  But when you click on the link and look at the actual listing there are no pictures and it says something like "the seller hasn't uploaded any pictures".

I thought you couldn't even list or re-list something without having at least 1 photo?

Anyone elese ever heard of this happening?

I hate to say it but you are going to have to go through all your listings. I sure hope you kept your photo's because the bug that caused it, eBay hasn't been able to get the deleted photo's back.

Yes its another known eBay bug. I'm guessing your items were GTC?

Correct.  All my items are.  So it IS a known glitch?   I'll start going through all of my listings.  Thanks for the info.

Yes its a known issue talked about on here before. I finally gave up on Ebay correcting the situation and am up loading photos  back to approx 40 listings. Its been almost 4 weeks for me and I dont see any action. Shame too pay for a store and much of the time there are tech problems. They never seem to have tech problems collecting my store fees every month!
