Morning. Two days ago i added the promote option on all my listings (51) at one time in the edit all.
I have now noticed all my listings show no visits nor watches which I had before adding the promote option. So frustrated. I'm loosing customers Im sure. I have never seen this happen in the 15 years I've been selling. HELP please.
Probably related to the system glitch that a number of others have posted about. Given what you sell I cannot figure out why you started using PL. While there are a lot of tubes listed it seems more like a niche category without a huge amount of competition.
This is a known issue. When you contact customer support, either by calling or talking to a live agent on chat, ask to have your store added to ALERT14269. I had to provide my account name, phone number, and ZIP.
