You have some lovely items. However you need to remember personalization and custom orders can take time and sellers have a time frame to ship to the customer.
Are you in the US or somewhere else? I don't see a location other than US on your listings and that's important. Customers need to know exactly where their items are coming from. Very important.
There are other crafting venues like Etsy, etc., where you can offer custom orders, but as stated earlier you need to give them a time frame for delivery in your listing as well as personally corresponding with them after a sale has been made.
You also need to start accepting returns, especially for something that is custom made. No returns does not mean no refunds. Ebay offers a 30 day Money back guarantee and that's something you need to honor. Just sayin.
