Permanent Restriction

I would love to know if anyone here has gotten a permanent restriction removed. For 8 years I have had this ebay account. 4 of which I was selling full time. One night I got an email saying to prove delivery of goods. So I did for all 250+ orders I had delivered recently. I was then asked to provide a few things like ID, Bank Statements, supplier invoices, and proof of tracking. I did ALL OF THIS. Denied by ebay. Chatted them said what was wrong with the stuff I submitted. They said I was missing the back photo of my license. So I responded with the back of my license along with all other documents. Next day I get hit with “Your account is permanently restricted from selling on Ebay”. Numerous hours have been spent getting the same generic answers from all ebay representatives. I’m sick and tired of this stress. Someone please help if you can

@holygrailkicks  I'm not sure I'd believe those CS agents - that doesn't sound right at all.  Myself and my husband both have active accounts on eBay, sometimes both of us using them at the same time.  No problems. What IS a problem is if one of the people lets their account get suspended - then it's a problem.

If they eBay system believes that there was fraudulent activity from a unique residential or business address, seem like they might block any selling activity from there. Easy enough to do bad stuff, then get another adult to restart the same. That would be my guess.

Yes, those are reasons to shut all accounts down, but quite a few people have several accounts in the same household belonging to different people and as long as none of those accounts show any fraudulent activity or are suspended, it's not a problem.  It DOES mean that everyone has to be responsible, though.  If my DH skrooes up his account, then it impacts me (the chief wage earner for online sales) badly. Fortunately, he's very responsible.

Same thing happened to me today. My ebay account is permanently restricted of selling kindly someone give me a way to recover it. I contacted ebay representative s they are giving same answer saying its last decision and will not be lifted kindly help me out

Sorry for your situation.  Unfortunately ebay won't change their mind.  A permanent restriction is final and you will not be able to list items anymore.  Do not attempt to open another account as it will be restricted as well.

I have paid my fees on time. No dues. Returns refunds . Done on time. Only bad review i got because of that buyers mistake he ordered 2 black mouses and later send a message  saying send one black and one red . But order was already processed . How can i change a package already processed . He put negative feed back  for that small reason. And my seller level went bellow average . After that again an again selling restrictions came and now im  permanent restricted . Please kindly take it off. On my side i put all the items my agent gave me without much consideration.Its my fault i learned it for simple word mistakes dont restrict.  Kindly cancel my restrictions on selling .I would like to be a seller in ebay community again

eBay is not here. 
No one here can override eBay’s decision. You will have to find another venue to sell your items.

I think it may have become permanent because you/your mother attempted to open a new ebay account while you were restricted.

eBay has excellent methods to tracking people doing just what you did.

They have no idea who your mother is.

Registering from the same IP Address (Internet Connection) is a indication that someone is trying to manipulate eBay's system and this is why another account was not allowed to be created while yours is restricted.  Did you get a suspension before you were permanently restricted?

Anyone else who has a eBay Account and tried to open it from you IP Address would likely face eBay repercussions.

I don't know if this will help to overturn you restriction but it reads like someone from Legal will at least look it over.

That happens when sellers don't follow policies.
