Permanent Restriction

I would love to know if anyone here has gotten a permanent restriction removed. For 8 years I have had this ebay account. 4 of which I was selling full time. One night I got an email saying to prove delivery of goods. So I did for all 250+ orders I had delivered recently. I was then asked to provide a few things like ID, Bank Statements, supplier invoices, and proof of tracking. I did ALL OF THIS. Denied by ebay. Chatted them said what was wrong with the stuff I submitted. They said I was missing the back photo of my license. So I responded with the back of my license along with all other documents. Next day I get hit with “Your account is permanently restricted from selling on Ebay”. Numerous hours have been spent getting the same generic answers from all ebay representatives. I’m sick and tired of this stress. Someone please help if you can

eBay doesn't tell you why you're banned because that will help you find a workaround or help you override the ban.

So sorry this happened. I doubt neg feedback was the reason.

But it's not just one negative feedback. You have 2 negs as well as a neutral and at 75% feedback score, that is something that makes ebay nervous! 

For a new seller, just a single negative feedback hurts, but for you to have 2 of them, it's unacceptable to ebay. They don't really care whether it's deserved or not.

That is not true.

Chris L. who got banned recently said his wife would not be banned from having an ebay account.  He made that specific point in his discussions about what happened.

Don't know who told him that, but when they associate the wife's account with the suspended one, it'll be suspended to.
