Paypal dispute opened after 52 days

I sold quite a few items to a buyer on the 24th November 2019. The paid by Paypal and to reduce the costs for them, I delivered all of the items. They were happy with everything and left me positive feedback. They also informed me that they were in the process of moving house.

They have now opened a Paypal dispute (52 days later) to say that two of the items were not as described and have parts missing.

I understand that they have 180 to make a claim but believe this is so unfair as they inspected the items on delivery.

I will probably lose my money but what happens to returning the items? Will I lose these too? I do not know there new address and it was quite far away.

As long as it was a PayPal claim and not a credit card chargeback sent through PayPal then the buyer is responsible for returning the items before you refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
